Now in its 21st year, the 40 Under Forty Awards program recognizes outstanding young professionals in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts who are excelling in their industries. We are looking for leaders and entrepreneurs who are driven by success, motivated by challenges, are actively involved in the community, and are role models for their peers.
Honorees must be less than 40 as of July 16th and will be recognized at PBN’s 40 Under Forty Awards Celebration at the Aldrich Mansion on July 16th.

Two ways to participate in the program:

- Nominate someone or be nominated. When a nomination is submitted, an email is automatically sent to the nominee (nominee email address entered in the nomination form) with a link to the application. Please note, if you don’t want the nominee to know they are being nominated, do not enter their email address, enter your own.) Only name, title and email are required to nominate someone. Multiple nominations are not needed.

The application form will request the following information:

- Education Background
- Current Employment Information
- Short description of why they/you should be considered for the award
- Biographical Career Profile (1– 2 pages in length) that includes:

- Significant professional accomplishments
- Decision making responsibilities
- Special skills and abilities
- Efforts that have resulted in your company’s growth
- Professional recognition, licenses, published works, honors and awards certificates
- Community Involvement, board memberships, volunteer efforts
- Current resume that includes 2-3 professional references (written references preferred).
