Before opening franchise: Lyndsey Pachon, now a real estate broker, was a biology teacher for a charter school in Providence and taught in South Florida. Jose Pachon was a professional poker player.

“I read everything I could get my hands on to learn how franchises work. So, educating yourself and learning how franchises work … can give you a good perspective on how to compare franchise opportunities. You need to educate yourself as much as possible and become well-versed in the legal aspects of it.”

“It’s been interesting and rewarding to work with our clients to help grow their portfolios. It’s a really diverse group of clients that we have. Many of them are hardworking people looking to invest their capital and build a future for their families. They are really turning to us and trusting us with their livelihood. We just hope to create a profitable situation for them.”

“Just watching Nick [D’Agnillo] from a couple of multifamily homes of his own to a property-management company with 600 units, watching his success and learning his company philosophy, and once we decided to franchise, it was a time for Jose and I to take our assets and turn it into a long-term investment and career move for the both of us.”
