CRANSTON – Incumbent Kenneth J. Hopkins won the Republican mayoral primary and will face Democratic City Councilor Robert Ferri in November to remain the city’s top elected official.  Hopkins defeated Rep. Barbara Ann Fenton-Fung in a primary election that saw only 20% voter turnout, slightly higher than the 10% turnout statewide. With all precincts reporting,
