Warwick-based Meyer & Associates, a deli sales and marketing firm serving the New England region, has been acquired by Acosta Sales and Marketing Co. of Jacksonville, Fla., for an undisclosed sum.
“By joining forces with Meyer & Associates, we will strengthen our deli business in this important geographic area as we build our presence in the perimeter of the store,” said Gary Chartrand, Acosta’s chairman and CEO, who described fresh foods as “a growth area for Acosta.”
