NARRAGANSETT – The property at 4 Talia Court has sold for $2 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate Monday.
The 5,376-square-foot, five-bedroom home has five full and one half baths and sits on 1.2 acres. The property was last assessed in 2018 at $1.5 million. The home was built in 2004. It is located in the Cononchet Farms neighborhood and is within walking distance of the Narragansett Town Beach.
The seller was represented by Stella Fitzsimmons, a sales associate for Lila Delman, and the buyer was represented by Lila Delman President/Broker-Owner John Hodnett.
The seller was Sally M. Chorney, according to property records. The buyer was not immediately identifiable.
