PROVIDENCE – The second Rhode Island Infrastructure Summit will take place on Sept. 17, the R.I. Infrastructure Bank said Monday, as it announced its two keynote speakers for the event.
Armand E. Sabitoni, general secretary-treasurer and New England regional manager of the Laborers’ International Union of North America, and Alan Rubin, principal at Blank Rome Government Relations LLC, will address attendees on Rhode Island infrastructure, opportunities and challenges.

It is essential for us to find the capacity to sustain continual improvements to the fundamental facilities and systems Rhode Islanders rely upon.”
