PROVIDENCE – Mayor David N. Cicilline, Parks Supt. Alix R. Ogden and other dignitaries today joined in opening the new conservancy at the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center. Free gifts were on hand for the first 100 visitors to enter the glass building after the 11 a.m. ribbon-cutting. The conservatory’s 12,000 square feet feature waterfalls…
