Washington Trust lends $805,000 to 40-year-old S.K turf farm

WESTERLY – The Washington Trust Co.’s commercial and industrial lending group recently provided $805,000 in financing to Washington County Turf Farms Inc., a 100-acre farm in South Kingstown that has been providing stripping, grading and complete sod installations for both commercial and residential properties since 1970.

The farm, at 3738 South County Trail in the West Kingston section of South Kingstown, is owned by Darrell H. Bouchard.
