7 waterfront acres in Bristol sold for $3.2M

BRISTOL The sale of three parcels covering 7 acres, including a waterfront home, closed recently for $3.2 million, according to Caroline Richards and Leslie Hogan, of Hogan Associates, who represented the buyer.

The property at 13 Low Lane includes an eight-bedroom home that has more than 6,200 square-feet of space, and a pool. The home, built in 1962, was designed by the late architect Eldredge Snyder, of New York.

The sale was completed on Sept. 5, according to Hogan Associates.

The property has views of Narragansett Bay from the Newport Bridge to Bristol Harbor.

The seller was the Paul C. Nicholson Qualified Residential Trust.

The buyer, Malverne Trust, was represented by Kris Chwalk, a sales associate with  Residential Properties Ltd.
