The property has views of Narragansett Bay from the Newport Bridge to Bristol Harbor.
The seller was the Paul C. Nicholson Qualified Residential Trust.
The buyer, Malverne Trust, was represented by Kris Chwalk, a sales associate with Residential Properties Ltd.
