With the initial efforts to repeal and/or replace the Affordable Care Act pulled from the congressional docket, what should the president set his policy sights on? Despite Congress saying that health care reform is dead for the moment, he still seems to have an interest in deconstructing President Barack Obama’s signature domestic policy achievement.
