The 9 Stone Tower Lane property is a 4,353-square-foot single-family home built in 1955 and set on approximately 0.88 acres, according to Compass and property records. The extensively renovated home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including four full bathrooms and one half-bath.

The home features hardwood floors, formal living and dining rooms, a sunroom, a first-floor gym and a family room with a wood-burning fireplace. The designer kitchen includes extensive cabinetry and opens into the family room, while the second floor includes four additional full bathrooms, a laundry room and a primary suite with two of the home’s four upstairs full bathrooms.
Outdoor features include a private, landscaped backyard with a patio, outdoor fireplace and spa. The property also has two fireplaces, an attached two-car garage and water views, according to Compass. The home is located near Barrington’s schools, beaches, the East Bay Bike Path and town center.
The property was assessed at $1.47 million for the 2026 tax year, according to the Barrington property assessor’s database. The assessment consists of $694,000 in land value, $775,000 in building value and $2,000 in outbuilding value.

According to the warranty deed, the property was sold by Christopher Abadi and Susan Steitz-Abadi, of Barrington, and it was purchased by Leah Farrell and Grant Siders, of Gilbert, Ariz.
