WARWICK – Home Loan Investment Bank last week announced Jerry Margulies has been inducted into the New England Mortgage Bankers Hall of Fame.
Margulies joined Home Loan Investment Bank in Warwick in 2014 after being in the mortgage industry for 40 years. He was inducted into the hall of fame during a ceremony that took place at Gurney’s of Newport.

Murphy, president and CEO of Home Loan Investment Bank. “His dedication to the industry and his customers is unparalleled and he continues to go above and beyond by mentoring the younger generations of mortgage bankers who benefit from his years of experience. Margulies, a North Attleboro resident and past president of the Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association, was previously president of Mansfield Mortgage Services Inc. He still serves on the board of directors at the Rhode Island trade group, and previously served as director of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association.
He’s been honored with past awards, including “Broker of the Year” and “President’s” awards, according to a press release.
