
PROVIDENCE – A representative for Benny’s released further wind-down details Friday, following the company’s Sept. 8 announcement that all of its 31 stores will close by the end of 2017.
Several stores’ closing dates have been announced. Inventory will be consolidated across the remaining Benny’s locations still open.

The following stores have been announced for closure:
The East Providence store closed on Wednesday.
The Middleboro, Mass., store and the Cranston store on Park Avenue will close on Saturday.
The Danielson, Conn., store will close on Wednesday, Oct. 4.
Stores in Old Saybrook, Conn., Norwichtown, Conn., Killingly, Conn., East Wareham, Mass., and South Dartmouth, Mass., will close on Friday, Oct. 6.
The Benny’s stores in Bristol, Middletown, Westerly and the West Shore Road store in Warwick will close on Saturday, Oct. 7.
The representative also announced the company’s 40 percent off sale has ended.
