WESTERLY – An elegant condominium called the Dune Grass Suite at the Ocean House sold for $2.6 million on Oct. 30, the highest sale for a condo in the oceanfront property this year.

The suite includes a master bedroom that opens on to a private garden, a guest room and a “pirate’s den” designed as a bunk room for small children.
