India at 1060 Hope Street (Providence) will offer a booksigning during its usual Saturday brunch on December 19. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Linda Beaulieu and Jennifer Rolfsema will be on hand to autograph copies of their books and chat with customers. Beaulieu is the author of “The Providence and Rhode Island Cookbook” and co-author of the “TV Maitre d’ Cookbook.” Rolfsema is the designer of several books including “Clara and Helen: Journals of Their Trip to Europe 1906-07” and “Lt. Col. John Bell in Her Majesty’s Service,” by Donald T. Little. Their books will be on sale during the ($12.95) brunch, which includes an extensive array of Indian fare and many vegetarian dishes.
