
EXETER – Geared toward boosting engagement, information technology cloud solutions and managed-services company Carousel Industries of North America Inc. opened two executive-briefing centers, at its Exeter headquarters and at its office in Windsor, Conn.
According to a statement from the company, the redesigned sites provide destinations for customers, technologists, business leaders and others to interact with company representatives – as well as engineering talent and industry experts – in its “partner ecosystem” made up of more than 35 partners, according to Carousel.

“The immersive EBC experience delivers tremendous value by providing a firsthand look at the tools and technologies that our customers will use as the foundation of their businesses,” said Jim Marsh, chief revenue officer, Carousel Industries.
The EBCs are designed for demonstrations, collaborations and education, and include a technology proof-of-concept lab, training areas and meeting space. Content can be customized for a particular company’s needs, said Carousel. Visitors to the Exeter site can also tour a Carousel network operations center.
Carousel was formed in 1992 and has more than 6,000 clients.
