WEST WARWICK – Centreville Bank has opened its first Warwick branch as of Monday, according to a news release.
The self-standing branch at 578 Greenwich Ave. is part of the bank’s expansion strategy to grow its presence in the local community, Harold M. Horvat, bank CEO and president, said in a statement.

The newest branch is the eighth in Rhode Island. There are also eight offices in eastern Connecticut as a result of Centreville’s acquisition of Putnam Bank earlier this year.
The branch includes interactive teller machines for walk-up and drive-thru access, as well as a 1,500-square-foot office staffed by five employees and a manager.
