How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We continued a hybrid in a post-COVID-19 world. We increased staff outings and family day events, and provide opportunities to earn extra paid time off. We provided summer Fridays and early release days.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We have quarterly off-site events to celebrate the goals we are achieving, family fun days, staff appreciation week, summer party, holiday party and more.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We participate in charitable walks, bring in a massage therapist to work with staff, and encourage team members to utilize our benefits package by adding a discounted gym membership.
