What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We have an ongoing “duck hunt” game that employees participate in by finding mini ducks around the property and HR raffles off fun giveaways. We regularly include employees in engagement activities through email and TV monitors used to present commission information and goings-on.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We allow employees time to volunteer with organizations that align with our mission, such as Earth Day cleanups and the National Association of Clean Water Agencies. We also do community outreach with elementary schools to get our message out about environmental protection.
