Exit Realty opens in Bristol

BRISTOL – An Exit Realty franchise has opened in Bristol.
Founded by a former RE/MAX agent and the owner of an Exit franchise in East Providence, the firm officially opened its doors last week.
“We’ve got a ton of energy and some great momentum,” said co-owner Manny Menezes, who owns Exit Realty Consultants in East Providence.
Partnering with him on the new office is Deb Cordeiro. The former RE/MAX agent recently led the Deb Cordeiro Group. Cordeiro and three of her team members, including her husband, left RE/MAX to join Exit.
Cordeiro focuses on real estate sales while Menezes handles the day-to-day brokerage operations.
