Roger Williams reviving its alumni association

BRISTOL – Roger Williams University administrators say they and the university’s Alumni Executive Council are reviving the RWU Alumni Association.
The school’s interim president, Ronald O. Champagne – who will be replaced by Donald J. Farish on July 1 – recently appointed two university trustees to temporarily fill the role of association president and vice president.
Timothy Yeaton, class of 1980, and Timothy Baxter, class of 1983, will serve as president and vice president, respectively, for a year until the university’s alumni has voted for a new panel of officers, the school said. &#8226
