LINCOLN – The 60,000-square-foot Lincoln Corporate Center has now been fully leased, Providence-based MG Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. said this month.
The development – at 24 Albion Road, near the Lincoln Mall, A.T. Cross Co., Fleet Financial and the North Central State Airport – offers easy access to state Routes 146 and 116 and Interstate 295.
Its 11 tenants include Bego International, One Communications, Toshiba and Right Management, according to Gerry Surprenant, a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and a partner with MG Commercial. Suprenant said full occupancy will be achieved in September, when health outcomes survey designer QualityMetric Inc. (READ MORE) is expected to move in.
The center was built by Douglas Construction Corp., taking four years from start to finish, the brokerage said. Brick exteriors give a consistent look to the complex’s four single-story buildings, which share a pair of entrances.
MG Commercial Real Estate Services Inc., a full-service brokerage based in Providence, was ranked as the No. 4 commercial real estate brokerage in the state, based on square footage handled in 2006, in the Providence Business News’ 2008 Book of Lists. In 2007, MG handled four of the state’s 10 largest industrial leases – more than any other firm – and one of the top 10 retail leases, based on the PBN’s Feb. 4 rankings.
