Lila Delman buys Jamestown Rental Realty

NARRAGANSETT – Lila Delman Real Estate has purchased Jamestown Rental Realty, the companies announced last week.
Lila Delman said it planned to fold the company into its existing Jamestown office. Jamestown Rental Realty founder and sole employee Liz Brazil will become head of the rental department at Lila Delman’s Jamestown office. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
“The addition of Liz Brazil to the Lila Delman Real Estate Jamestown office has immediately enhanced our ability to serve all of our client’s rental and sales needs on Jamestown,” said Lila Delman President Melanie Delman.
Brazil started her company in 2003. She listed homes for sales and offered rental management services for property owners looking to rent their homes.
“It is great to have the backing of Lila Delman Real Estate,” she said. “My objective is to give quality service to my landlords and tenants.”
