
PROVIDENCE – Fifteen hotels and restaurants in Rhode Island and one hotel in southeastern Massachusetts have been named 2017 AAA Four Diamond Award winners, the organization’s second-highest rating, AAA Northeast said Thursday.
Of the more than 59,000 properties evaluated by AAA each year, less than 4 percent receive the prestigious Four Diamond designation. AAA said it uses professional inspectors to conduct independent, in-person property evaluations.
