FAIRHAVEN – Acushnet Holdings Corp. has acquired KJUS, a ski and golf sportswear company, Acushnet announced this week.
Acushnet, which specializes in golf equipment and apparel is the owner of the Titleist brand as well as FootJoy, Vokey Design, Scotty Cameron and Pinnacle.

KJUS employs approximately 100 workers, according to Acushnet, but the company did not disclose if staffing levels were expected to change following the deal. KJUS will continue to operate from its global and North American headquarters in Hünenberg, Switzerland, and Boulder, Colo.
“We believe this [acquisition] will open up significant growth opportunities and help the KJUS brand to realize it full potential on the global sports apparel stage.”
Acushnet would not disclose which entity or from whom it purchased the business and did not disclose the terms of the deal. More details may be available in the company’s next earnings report.
