(Warwick, RI) — LifeShare, a New Hampshire-based social service organization with offices in Rhode Island and seven other states, announced that Warwick resident Anna Kohler recently joined the organization as a LifeShare Case Manager and Lifecoach at its Warwick office.
With nine years’ experience working with adults with disabilities, Kohler was previously director of residential programs with another organization, overseeing 11 residential group homes.

LifeShare creates empowering home and community-based supports for people with developmental disabilities, children in the child welfare system and people of all ages and abilities, particularly those who are often marginalized by society. LifeShare offers a range of services including residential, community-based and in-home support programs, competitive employment, as well as mental health services for children and adults. LifeShare currently provides services in eight states – NH, ME, MA, RI, FL, IL, GA, SC, and also consults with Medicaid Managed Care organizations, commercial insurers and state governments.
As a Lifecoach, Kohler assists individuals in a competitive work environment, provides community-based day program supports, and creates individualized activities and programs for each person based on his/her abilities and interests. Individuals learn about community resources, may volunteer, and participate fully in the communities in which they live. As a case manager, Kohler oversees a caseload of adults who are affected by developmental disabilities and are receiving residential services.
