According to the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, the transaction was the highest sale in Barrington so far this year.
The property was last assessed at $1.7 million. The previous sale price for the property was $425,000 in 1996. The home was built in 1995.
The property was sold by Joyce S. Pepi and Michael A. Pepi to Robert Wayne Heino and Mary Anne Heino, according to property records. The sellers were represented by MaryBeth Frye of Mott & Chace, while the buyers were represented by Daniel Liese of eXp Realty.
