BayCoast Bank adds new COO, CFO

SWANSEA – BayCoast Bank last week announced new appointments to its C-suite.

James Wallace, who has been with the Swansea-based bank since 1990, has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer. Phillip Carnevale, formerly of Randolph Savings Bank, has been named senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.

Nicholas M. Christ, CEO and president, lauded Wallace in a statement.

“It’s a pleasure to announce Jim’s promotion,” he said. “His commitment to our organizations, clients and communities we serve is nothing short of outstanding.”
