SWANSEA – BayCoast Bank has named Diane Medeiros as vice president of business development.
In addition, Edward “Ted” Branco has been named to fill Medeiros’ previous position as assistant vice president of business development, the bank announced.

Learn MoreMedeiros, who joined BayCoast in 1984, is responsible for “business and relationship development” of the bank’s current and prospective customers, with duties including management of merchant services and credit card relationships, the bank said.
“It’s a pleasure to announce Dianne’s promotion,” BayCoast CEO and President Nicholas Christ said in a statement. “She is a highly valued member of our team, consistently providing all financial solutions the bank offers to satisfy and exceed customer expectations.”
Regarding Branco, Christ added: “He has garnered a highly regarded reputation for customer service by providing all financial solutions the bank offers.”
In other BayCoast news, the bank announced Nov. 1 the opening of a new branch in Foxborough, Mass., the bank’s 21st location.
