EASTON – Bond recently observed the “topping off” for construction of a 35,000-square-foot academic and welcome center at Stonehill College.

The Providence office of Bond is spearheading construction-management services for the project. Architectural services are provided by the SLAM Collaborative, of Glastonbury, Conn.

The topping-off ceremony celebrates the installation of the last steel beam for a project.

On completion in August 2018, the new center will include presentation rooms, administrative and faculty offices, a 350-seat auditorium, classrooms, meeting spaces, a book store and a café.
