EAST PROVIDENCE – More than 250 guests attended Bradley Hospital’s Bravo Bradley Gala “Putting on the Glitz,” which raised $477,200 in support of the hospital’s pediatric mental health care, education and research.
The June 9 event, which was chaired by Dede and Larry Madeira, featured a live auction, which saw $120,075 raised toward the launch of an intensive outpatient program for young people affected by co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.

“Everything we do at Bradley is made possible in large part thanks to the unwavering generosity of our donors who are committed to helping our patients and their families live the happiest and healthiest lives possible,” said Daniel J. Wall, president of Bradley Hospital in a statement. “That generosity was on full display this evening, with an incredible outpouring of support to help us launch a crucial, unprecedented program in our region.”
After the auction, guests enjoyed a dinner prepared by Russell Morin Catering & Events and danced to the sounds of Good Will and Them Apples.
