TAUNTON – Bristol County Savings Bank plans to host free educational “Home Buyer’s Seminars” in Fall River on Oct. 23 and in Pawtucket on Oct. 24.
The sessions are geared to those thinking about purchasing, rehabbing, or refinancing a house.

The Fall River event will be at Mesa 21 at 21 Lindsey St. from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The Pawtucket event will be at the bank’s Pawtucket branch at 215 Armistice Blvd. from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Leading the seminars will be bank mortgage consultants Fadra Northrup and Matthew Estrela. They will provide attendees with information on the loan process, finance options, grants and down payment requirements, according to the Taunton-based bank.
In addition, the Fall River seminar will feature guest speakers Ron and Dawn Rusin from RE/Max Right Choice and attorney Jeffrey Medeiros.
The Pawtucket seminar will include Maria Levesque from Keller Williams Realty, Alfred Gamboa with Stateline Home Inspection LLC, Diep Nguyen and Brittany Sheehan from Elite Title and Closing Services LLC, and Reina Garcia with the Housing Network of Rhode Island.
