CHARLESTOWN – A beachfront cottage at 101 Surfside Ave. sold for $2,075,000, Lila Delman Real Estate International said Friday.

The two-level cottage, in the Quonochontaug neighborhood, was sold by Lori Joyal, managing broker of Lila Delman’s Watch Hill office.

Built in 1938, it sits on nearly a half-acre and has panoramic views of Block Island, Fisher Island and Montauk. It measures 1,938 square feet and has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

“This classic vintage Quonnie offering is just another reason that people continue to flock to this beautiful seaside community in Charlestown,” Joyal said in a statement.

The seller was Taug Point LLC, care of Elizabeth Leslie House of Stonington, Conn.; the buyer was not immediately disclosed, but was represented by Midge Berkery of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
