The property also has a dock to Garden Pond and is a short walk from East Beach.
The sellers were David and Judith A. D’Eramo and the buyers were Joseph and Kathryn McCurdy, according to property records.
The sellers were represented by Ray Mott, broker and co-owner of Mott and Chace, and the buyers were represented by Stephen Murphy, sales associate at Mott & Chace.
The home, built in 2007, was last assessed at $1.5 million in 2017.
