Charlestown’s High Point estate sells for $4M

CHARLESTOWN – High Point, a waterfront estate on Ninigret Pond, sold for $4 million, Lila Delman Real Estate International reported Friday.

This marks the highest sale in the town since Jan. 15, 2008, the agency said.

Constructed in 1920, the renovated residence sits on 5.49 acres in the community of Arnolda. At 5,424 square feet, the house has four bedrooms, six fireplaces, a dock and boathouse.

The seller was Christina P. Allen; she was represented by Lori Joyal, managing broker of Lila Delman International’s Watch Hill office. The buyer was Jeff Gardner, and he was represented by Steve McGill of Waterfront Properties.
