Collection of apartment buildings sells for combined $6.5M

PAWTUCKET – Three multifamily investment properties were sold recently for a total of $6.5 million, consisting of seven buildings and 84 units.

The properties were located in Pawtucket and Lincoln, according to Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal of Providence, which represented the sellers.

The properties were all held by RISSPORT I LLC, which has offices in East Providence at 20 Newman Ave. The registered agent is attorney Jean A. Harrington.

The properties included 100 Park Place in Pawtucket, an apartment complex of two buildings with 42 units. That site sold for $2.9 million.

Another small apartment complex, at 121-127 Chestnut St. in Lincoln, has two buildings and 12 units. It sold for $877,500, according to the news release.

A complex at 289 East Ave. in Pawtucket, with three buildings and 30 units, sold for $2.8 million.

The transactions were announced on Nov. 8. The names of the buyers were not disclosed.
