Credit unions to employ online enrollment program

PROVIDENCE – Andera Inc. announced that Toyota Federal Credit Union, FAA First Federal Credit Union, Marine Credit Union and Energy First Credit Union have chosen Andera’s Internet-based Enrollment & Account Opening solution to simplify their enrollment processes.

Offering a fully automated solution, Andera allows credit unions to enroll members, open new accounts and transfer initial funding completely online. The solution verifies the applicant’s identity using a proven real-time process, performs important fraud checks and even makes targeted loan and credit offers based on the applicant’s risk profile and credit history. The solution allows credit unions to tap into broader geographic markets and more profitable demographics, while increasing efficiency and improving member convenience.

“We are very excited to be working with these credit unions,” said Charles Kroll, president of Andera. “Even though online member services like home banking and bill payment have become common for many of today’s credit unions, the process of acquiring new members through the Web is still slow and inefficient.”
