PROVIDENCE – Brandon’s Beach at Burnside Park, a new destination playground, was scheduled to be unveiled by the Downtown Providence Parks Conservancy during an Aug. 17 ribbon-cutting ceremony. The playground, which cost approximately $500,000, was built in memory of Brandon Goldner, the son of Hasbro Inc. CEO and Chairman Brian Goldner and his wife, Barbara.
