Clean Ocean Access to hold annual meeting virtually CLEAN OCEAN ACCESS will be holding its annual meeting as a virtual event, in which it will celebrate its 2019 accomplishments while looking ahead to future endeavors. The nonprofit organization is an environmental group based in Middletown that is focused on improving ocean health with the primary goal of eliminating marine debris, improving coastal water quality, and protecting and preserving shoreline access.
