SBA federal contracting THE CENTER FOR WOMEN & Enterprise is hosting a webinar aimed at providing information about the Small Business Federal Contracting Program that is overseen by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Through the program, the SBA expands access to federal contracting opportunities for women-owned small businesses and its program authorizes the contracting officers to set aside certain federal contracts for eligible women-owned small businesses or economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses. The workshop is intended to help level the playing field for women business owners, as the government limits competition for certain contracts to businesses that participate in the women’s contracting program.
