Raising funds on the greens THE TAUNTON AREA Chamber of Commerce will hold its 38th annual Golf Tournament, hosted by Segregansett Country Club. The tournament will benefit both the Chamber and the Charles E. Volkmann Scholarship Fund. Since the start of its annual scholarship program, the Chamber has given more than $100,000 to local high school seniors in pursuit of higher education. The event will include lunch and dinner.
