What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? In 2023, Edward Jones created a well-being strategy intended to improve the overall health of all associates and build a more resilient workforce. New components include premium discounts aligned to the highest-impact well-being activities that can benefit associates and reduce health care spending.
