What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold summer regional meetings that are business mixed with everything our culture embodies – partnership, camaraderie, family and fun. Beautiful locations provide a physical and mental three-day escape for financial advisers and their families. Also, regions accumulate climate funds for branch and region achievements, then spend the funds on fun activities for financial advisers and branch office administrators to build camaraderie and celebrate branch team accomplishments.
What role do diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We have alliances with community-based organizations that support LGBTQ priorities. Among them is the Diversity Awareness Partnership, whose programs (training, community forums, a youth program, career immersion, etc.) help increase awareness, facilitate engagement and provide education about diversity and inclusion.
