Warwick, RI – January 2, 2015 – Elite Physical Therapy upheld their annual tradition of making the holidays a little brighter for the local Rhode Island communities. A food drive was run through the months of November and December at each of their locations. Additionally, Elite Physical Therapy adopted seven local families and fulfilled their Christmas wish lists.
The staff at Elite comes together annually to help others enjoy a time when many need help the most. This year, over 200 pounds of food was collected, all of which was donated to the Rhode Island Food Bank. The adopt-a-family program was run through West Bay Community Action, the largest provider for basic needs in the Kent County area.

Elite also participated in a companywide “pay it forward” program. Each office was given $100 cash to go out into the communities and make a difference in people’s lives. The staff worked together to perform random acts of kindness through the month of December and “pay it forward”. The main goal was to create a ripple effect through the communities, where people are happier, helping each other more, and inspired to live healthy lives.
