“As a long-time admirer of the Center’s work, I look forward to exploring with Mike Stenhouse the viability of building a new strategic litigation capacity for our organization,” said Flanders in a statement.
Flanders is currently a partner at Whalen, Corrente & Flanders LLP.
The organization said that the addition of internal legal capacity is a trend among think tanks around the country.
