PROVIDENCE – The application deadline for the Get Started Rhode Island 2018 Pitch Competition is June 30, the company reminded Monday.
Semi-finalists for the competition will be notified in July of their selection. Semi-finalists will compete for $50,000 in cash and prizes.

The event will take place on Thursday, Oct. 4, at the WaterFire Art Center in Providence from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Attendance is free but requires registration.
The competition is sponsored by Cox Business. This year, PBN Web Editor Chris Bergenheim is a panelist judge.
