CRANSTON – Green Development LLC will relocate its headquarters from North Kingstown to Cranston, choosing a 22,000-square-foot space at Chapel View.
The company will move into the fifth and sixth floors of 2000 Chapel View Blvd. once renovations are complete. The move is anticipated to be completed by Dec. 7.
Green Development is one of the region’s fastest-growing renewable energy developers. The additional space at Chapel View will allow the company to be more centrally located and give its teams more space to work, said Mark DePasquale, the founder and chairman, in a news release.
The existing headquarters on Route 2 in North Kingstown are about 5,600 square feet.
