Hebert to lead discussion on leveraging strengths during transition

PROVIDENCE – Tech Collective will host a “Mastering Transition Workshop” on leveraging strengths during a transition on April 9.

Certified Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach Tim Hebert will be the speaker. Hebert is a Tech Collective board member, founder and CEO of Trilix, and chief client officer at Carousel Industries of North America Inc.

Workshop attendees will learn how to leverage their individual core strengths in times of change, such as transitioning careers, learning new skills or taking on a new role.

Hebert will lead attendees through exercises such as identifying and discussing a desired career transition; learning how to apply a strength-based framework to tackling transitions easier and with more confidence; analyzing a Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment; and narrowing down steps to move toward the next milestone.
