How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? The pandemic necessitated a quick transition to seeing most of our workforce work from home. We’ve also transitioned to many cloud-based services to better support our employees and clients alike. It allows both parties to have the flexibility to work from home, the office, an airport café, or wherever else they may end up.

What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We host quarterly employee outings that we encourage everyone to join in on. We get up to all kinds of things – we’ve had a fun day out on the lake, a trip to Six Flags, and even a Roarin’ 20s themed speakeasy outing. We also host some really fun Christmas and Halloween costume parties at our office that everyone loves to get involved in.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We are a compassionate, welcoming group of individuals that enjoy the daily challenges that the [information technology] industry brings to us.
