PROVIDENCE – Informa Markets’ JLC LIVE New England, the prominent residential construction show, marked its 30th anniversary this March in Providence, attracting more than 10,000 attendees in the building and trades sector to the R.I. Convention Center.

This year’s attendees represented all 50 states, as well as Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany.

Informa Markets also hosted several community events, including Latino Pro Night in partnership with the Latino Builders Show and the Rhode Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Women in Construction Roundtables.

JLC LIVE sets itself apart through the power of “contractors teaching contractors,” according to Informa Markets.

With extensive classroom education and hands-on demonstrations, attendees gained valuable connections, discovered the latest products and techniques, and left “equipped with practical knowledge they can implement on the job immediately,” said Sue Pino, JLC LIVE show director. “JLC LIVE success lies in its ability to adapt and stay relevant, offering dynamic programming that goes beyond a traditional trade show.”
